Looks great, but chips to easily. . Began using these in June and have already had 8 plates chipped and thrown away.

Plates chip and break very easily. Not even 2 months and I have to find alternative.

I have the same issue i bought a set of these plates and spend $ on march and by july have of them are broken! They are not commercial! Dont buy these plates for restaurant otherwise you will waste your money! I called costumer service and ask for a warranty or any type of deals to be made for me so i can continue buying these plates as it brakes but havent been helped at all!

These plates chip and break very easily. They were bought less than 6 months ago and we've already had to throw most of them out.

We purchased both the Juniper Green and Birch White versions of this plate to create a mix-and-match aesthetic that complements our restaurant's style. While we love the design and look, we've noticed that the Juniper Green plates have started to chip much faster than expected, even with regular use. Meanwhile, the Birch White plates are holding up perfectly, which makes us think there may be an issue with the green glaze's durability. We would love to continue purchasing the Juniper Green plates if this issue gets resolved because they look great in our setting. Hoping for a fix so we can confidently order more in the future!
