After the first washing, glasses would just shatter as they were being wiped. I like the looks of them but they are not durable and break very easily. I bought 3 cases and at least 6 out of a case of twelve broke just from wiping them dry.

I ordered 6 cases, 3 were damaged by Fedex and never delivered. Webstaurantstore sent a new shipment, just in time for me event. Excellent customer service. Of the 72 glasses, 4 were defective and slightly angled. I figured after you drink a little you won't notice...

These came in perfect! They were packaged perfectly and not even 1 was broken! They have a great hand feel. Next they go to get my sporting dog club logo on them for an event!

These glasses break very easily. My bartenders start to polish and they crack immediately. They have also cracked randomly in the dishwasher. I do not recommend this product.

These glasses are the perfect size and we definitely prefer them to stemmed glasses. They are sturdy and have a nice, but comfortable, weight/heft to them. They wash well and we have not experienced any chipping or breakage. We don't just use them for wine, but all types of beverages, and guests really seem to like them.

I use etching cream to etch these glasses for my grandparents’ club. They are awesome and add such a nice exquisite touch. I definitely recommend!

My most recent order was a replacement for a previous order that was damaged. The 2nd shipment was properly packaged, therefore the items WERE NOT DAMAGED. Thank you for replacing order & having it packaged properly!
