We bought these glasses a few weeks ago to step up our iced drink game. We have been extremely pleased. First of all, these are very nice looking glasses. They make iced drinks look amazing. Secondly, they are very sturdy. The glass wall is very thick, and the glass has a nice hefty feel in your hands. So far we haven't broken any of them, and we do all of our dishwashing by hand. I am very pleased with these glasses.
