Nice mug, but your packaging for shipping requires improvement. A few of the mugs arrived broken.

The mugs are of great quality. I use them for etched custom mugs and they work great. Shipping is fast and great customer service too. I had a problem With a couple of mugs that came broken and they were quick to replace them.

These are very comfortable to hold. They are the perfect size and I think the glass gets warmer than ceramic so they keep my hands very warm.
