Product was poorly packaged in a Axium computer box 5 times the size of the actually box with all the padding on top and the glassware was on the bottom with no padding. A number of the glasses (5 of 12) are broken. I used to work in shipping and receiving and this was just pure laziness and uncaring. The unbroken glasses are nice, but 3 seconds of preemptive thought and common sense would have saved the entire box.
