we love the glasses but one of the tall glasses was broken when we opened the box

These glasses are a beautiful upgrade to our wine/cocktail bar. Unfortunately, there were 5 total broken glasses in the shipment; that's a 20% breakage ratio. We've ordered many types of glasses for our event center (water goblets, wine glasses, pint glasses, rocks glasses, etc.), and within each shipment there are always many broken glasses. Seems that they could be packages better.

You can never have too many glasses of all sizes. We run a high end vacation rental property in the Caribbean where it is not easy to get quality supplies. We constantly look for high quality, long lasting solutions that won't force us to constantly ship goods to the island. This set is sturdy/feels solid and looks good. Will buy it again.

Very beautiful Rocks and Highball glasses. You can not tell in the picture but these glasses are very thick and heavy. When you pick them up they just feel like quality glasses.
