10 oz. Customizable Stemless Flute Glass - 12/Case

I have been ordering stemless champagne flutes from this supplier for years, and my customers always raved about the exceptional quality. The glasses were sturdy, beautifully crafted, and perfect for personalization. However, my most recent shipment was shocking. The quality has completely deteriorated. Every single glass in the batch was warped, with visible lines running through the interior. No two glasses were the same, and each had some kind of defect. Initially, I thought it might be a one-off defective batch, so I reached out to customer support. They sent me a replacement shipment, but unfortunately, the issues were identical. When I brought this up with the rep, I was told there had been "a slight change in the version of glasses you received." This wasn't a slight change—it was a complete downgrade to an extremely poor-quality product. The new design doesn't hold a candle to the original, and it's clear that quality control has taken a significant hit. To illustrate, I've included a photo comparing the old, well-made glasses that I personalize for my customers to these new, faulty ones. The difference is night and day. If you’re considering purchasing these, I strongly recommend reconsidering. What was once a fantastic product is now something I cannot stand behind or recommend.

I purchased these for the bubbles for a wine tasting party. We wanted stemless glasses since we were at tables outside, and the stemless are more sturdy. They are a bit large for a tasting, but I liked them. They felt substantial and not flimsy.
