Madras 16 oz. Beverage Glass - 12/Case

I ordered 4 cases of glasses that were taking an absurdly long time to show up. After some diligent detective on my part, I discovered that they were damageden route and returned to the Webstaurant warehouse. At no time did anyone from Webstaurant or FedEx contact me to let me know. It was only after I contacted them was I informed. To be honest, this is nothing new. I have ordered glasses 4 times from Webstaurant and 4 times they have been delivered with at least 2 or more of the glasses broken. I will admit that they have been good about replacing the broken ones, after I take pictures and provide them to prove they are broken. This time, after not receiving any glasses because I guess they were shattered beyond belief, I asked if there were any way to package them differently, hoping to avoid damage on the way to my restaurant. I was told due to their “streamlined shipping process” they could nod affix fragile stickers to the boxes. Truth be told, I would not willing fly spend another dollar here. But, I need the glasses to fulfill the set for my restaurant. So, once again, I’ve rolled the dice and am hoping they actually show up this time. I also ordered an extra case, as I’m sure some will most likely be broken in transit. If you choose to order from Webstaurant, you’d be wise to stick to things made of steel and avoid anything remotely fragile.

i was pleasantly surprised by these glasses. they are very sturdy, we have been using them for about 6 weeks and none have chipped. they are beautiful! would recommend

Beautiful, heavy weight glasses! Got these for iced teas and sodas and they absolutely beautiful in the dining room.
