I ordered this product and half the box arrived broken. I requested a refund online twice, and it said I would receive a response to my email, but it never arrived.

They break and chip very quick, we have 30 chipped and broken within 2 weeks

They are very nice mugs. They were shipped and delivered in a timely manner. I am only giving them 4 stars because one of the mug's rim was broken off.
