The order was divided into four shipments, and while the first three arrived promptly, the last shipment was delayed due to an issue with FedEx. However, Webstaurant Store's customer service was exceptional in handling the situation. They quickly expedited the order and ensured I received it as soon as possible. Additionally, a few jars were broken during delivery, but Webstaurant Store promptly reimbursed me for those without any hassle. The mason jars themselves are of great quality, and I appreciate how efficiently Webstaurant Store resolved the issues.
