Having nice furniture around the house I also wanted nice coasters. The only drawback with these is any condensation will spill off of it. They are really nice and of course super durable.

These are very nice looking slate coasters. The edges are a bit rougher than shown in the product pictures, but doesn't affect the function at all.

To clean this item, begin by hand washing it with a soapy sponge. Rinse and dry it thoroughly. To hide scratches and maintain it's original appearance, it's recommended to rub food grade mineral oil or olive oil onto the surface at least once a month. Mineral oil helps protect the integrity of the slate and maintains a slightly polished look.
