For the second time I received damaged mugs, how can you help me replace them ensuring that they do not arrive broken again?

These mugs are one of the worst we ever got in 30 years. We got 3 cases on April 5th and today we have less than 20 left. They all broke or have cracks, handle breaks after one use. They arrived broke in the original box too(see picture). Not recommended.

Packaging needs improvement as 6 of the 12 were damaged in shipment !!

Ordered 2 cases of these cups. 6 cups were already broken when opening the box. 11 cups have been damaged just from going through the dishwashing machine. 1 cup actually broke off the handle while filling it with coffee. This is by far the worst product I’ve ever bought from here.

Great mug for the price! Perfect size, not too big. Some we're delivered broken but Webstaurant Customer Service was AMAZING and credited me for the broken mugs without any issue. Will re-order these again!

These Avory Rolled Edge Mugs are perfect for serving any kind of hot drink, we use them for tea and coffee. They are the perfect serving size and have a very sleek and aesthetic look. We love them and are happy that they come in bulk!

For the price, these are quite nice. Note they are ivory - next time I will order bright white, but these do have a nice classic look. They aren't too heavy either! Good size for tea or coffee.
