The Soufflé trays are extremely durable. We use them with cream Brule and the burnt sugar is easy to wash off at the end of the day. We had no issues with chipping or staining.

These are nice, round dishes perfect for creme brûlée. They are thick and sturdy and came nicely packaged. We serve our creme brûlée in them and customers love it.
