A great full tang handle paired with a sharp blade makes for easy work when cutting through medium to hard cheeses. I loved it for Parmesan and Gouda

Nice well built cheese knife the quality is great and as always shipping and price can’t be beat. I order from here often and have never been disappointed. I don’t think they can be beat with price and quality of products they sell.
