I cannot say enough good things about this gorgeous little flat cheese knife. First off, the blade is double-beveled and is sharp out of the box; the finish is perfect, and the handle is perfect. The blade is firmly set into the ferrule with no wobble. The handle is made of a honed marble, so is decently heavy, feels solid, and is a matte finish. I highly recommend using a stone sealer as marble is pretty porous and can be stained by grease if not sealed, but in any case, it's super smooth, well polished and well-made.
