This stainless steel cheese knife worked for my smoked cheddar, a mix of blunt and sharp edge allows for an easy slice on my cheese block and would recommend it.

Acopa cheese spade is stainless steel, easy to hold, use and store. The blade is sharp and works beautifully on a cheese board. Recommended.
