A great full tang handle paired with a sharp blade makes for easy work when cutting through medium to hard cheeses. I loved it for Parmesan and Gouda

This is a great little clever. Perfect for serving single portions of cheese and other foods tha can be sliced. It handles well and was shipped in a timely manner.
