The Palazzo Ristorante has purchased all of there silverware and cooking equipment from WebstaurantStore. Out of 1788 pieces delivered, we had 9 pieces damaged and all 9 pieces credited or exchanged. In my personal opinion, that is Great Customer Service! You still need to exercise patience, follow up, and WebstaurantStore will take care of you!
