    Be aware this knife is only Sharp on the serrations only. Where the smooth edge is the blade is dull. the serrations go only quarter way down the knife. Even though it's true most people do not use the heel of the knife to cut steak there should be more of an edge on a knife in my opinion. I would not purchase again.

  • The lightest option is Medium Weight Flatware, also called economy weight, and is commonly sought after by the value-minded customer.
