The silverware was a nice quality. It was not too light or too cheap feeling and It does the job considering the brand it is.

Good replacement soup spoons. I always have a bunch of these around to easily replace when my employees accidentally throw them out, or people end up stealing them. It does happen, so plan accordingly.

This spoon is on the heavier side but it holds a good amount of liquid. It is easy to clean and stain free when washed.

These used to be great forks... but no longer. The photo's are outdated and do not show what they ship now. The new version is almost flat from top to bottom and is no only much less user friendly; but also, looks awkward as a part of the setting

Acopa Atglen utensils are notably durable. All three spoons are excellent for their uses-tea, soup, and general dining. We haven't noticed any flaw particularly with four out of five utensils` exception of the butter knife handle. The weight difference between the blade and handle. If the butter knife is placed with the handle side facing outward from a dish inevitably the weight of the handle succumbs to gravity and drops on the dining room floor. Otherwise, the Atglen style of Acopa utensils is solid, classy, and reasonably priced.

These salad / dessert forks are of good quality and we have had this pattern for many years. For our historical property, this is a great and classic option and it makes for a pretty place setting.

Restaurant flatware comes in four different weights: forged, extra-heavy, heavy, and medium weight. The weight refers to the type and quality of the stainless steel and does not necessarily correspond to the heft of an item.

  • Forged flatware is the thickest and strongest as it's made from a single piece of thick stainless steel and is extremely durable to withstand any commercial environment.

  • Extra-heavy weight flatware is a premium grade and exudes a level of quality for finer establishments, feels sturdy, and is difficult to bend. It is made from either 18/0, 18/8, or 18/10 stainless steel.

  • Heavy Weight Flatware is more durable than medium, and makes for a nice presentation for fast-casual or mid-level eateries.

  • The lightest option is Medium Weight Flatware, also called economy weight, and is commonly sought after by the value-minded customer.
