When you hold the pitchers the handles don't bend or get out of shape. The steel helps keep our beverages cold and the guard is really helpful to prevent too much ice from pouring out.

These are okay. They smell and fee like cheap metal and it's hard to get that smell out of them even with soaking and washing them. Makes the water taste a little funny. I wouldn't put any other liquids in this and have honestly taken them out of rotation because that odd smell made me nervous about something leaching into our guests' water. They look nice, but that's about it.
